Becoming an Automation Factory:

How to Structure Your Work

If you’re like most people, you feel like there is never enough time in the day to get everything done. You might be struggling with what your priorities are and how to structure your work for maximum efficiency.

I’m here to help! In this blog post, I’ll share five tips that will change the way you approach your work and make it much easier for you to complete all of those tasks on your list today. Let’s get to it!

Evaluate What’s Important… And What’s Not

There comes a point where you have to decide what’s important in life…

If you want something you’ve never had, you’re going to have to do something you’ve never done.

Your priorities will ultimately shape your success and work flow.

If you chose to…

  • Chase pleasure

  • Play video games

  • Not live with a sense of urgency

  • Excessively party and go clubbing

  • Sleep in past 8-9 during the week

  • Consume non-educational content

  • Read books based on theory that don’t help you make money in 7-12 days

Then you won’t reach your goals period. This doesn’t mean you can’t have time to relax.

What it does mean is that you must evaluate what’s important to you.

The ADC Guidelines for a Productive Balanced Schedule

Our top performing consultants have a balanced schedule that allows for optimal success.

The core objectives of this schedule is to align energies, raise energy, generate sales and review goals for the day.

During our ADC Bootcamp in Mexico, the schedule looked like this:

6 – 7 A.M: Wake up, journal and meditate (align energy for the day)

7 – 8 A.M: Gym, yoga jog or swim (change mental state and raise energy)

8 – 9 A.M: Breakfast meeting (organize operations and goals for the day)

9 – 10 A.M: Watch training and create content around what was learned (make it easier to close the next deal for the next consultant)

10 P.M – 1 P.M: Outbound calling to top of funnel leads (generate sales)

1 – 2 P.M: Lunch, walk nap or swim (rest and align energies)

2 – 7 P.M: Smash the phones and follow up with fresh leads for video calls, payments, etc. (generate sales)

7 – 8 P.M: Eat dinner

8 – 10 P.M: Mastermind with fellow consultants and team (align energies and create strategies for improvement)

10 P.M – 6 A.M: Sleep (recharge energy for the next day)

This schedule allowed us to get the most amount of work done in the most amount of time possible… all while still enjoying the beach and the environment.

How to Create Your Own Schedule

Now you can use the schedule above and tailor it to fit into your own company.

But I strongly recommend focusing on 4 key areas and basing the schedule around those…

  • Sales

  • Marketing

  • Fulfillment

  • Systems/Operations

Growth is inevitable when you focus on these core 4 areas.
