We expect to be reaching a wide audience with this blog. This article is targeted towards people that want to figure out how they can improve the vision of their companies to attract like minded partners.
If you haven’t taken the time then I recommend you do a quick search on the HedgeHog concept. It originated from the book “Good to Great” by Jim Collins.
The idea is that great companies start off by establishing their core beliefs and never stray from their model. Doing this allows these companies to become the very best at servicing their customers which equates to market dominance.
So how do you become a great company?
I’ll do the exercise with you.
First things first. Established your principles.
- What are you deeply passionate about? –
Changing the way that society thinks about leveraging their capital. Right now the ecom automation is in its infancy. The public perception of the model is once of either ignorance or the notion of “get rich quick.” We aim to create a viable investment model where one day any logical person would purchase one of our stores instead of investing into college tuition or a 401K. We believe by doing this, we can effectively help bridge the wealth gap and leave a positive impact on the world.
2) What Drives your economic engine?
So guys, obviously if you want to have a successful company, it needs to make money. That doesn’t necessarily mean tons of profit. But enough to pay the people you want around you and to fund the lifestyle that you desire without limits. In order to do this you must stay true to your economic engine. Don’t worry about opening up dozens of product lines. Find 1-2 products that work and deliver those to the market until your audience demands something else.
3) What Can You Be Best In The World At?
Believe it or not, this is a serious question. What can you do better than anyone else? There has to be something. For us, we want to be the best are creating compelling content that educates people how they can create passive income online. We’re just getting started but our end goal is to create musical video content that highlights the freedom and lifestyle benefits of ecom automation.
But rather than us come up with all the ideas, we ask you. What kind of content do you want from us? Do we keep writing our blog, create a Youtube channel, a podcast, Live Q/A’s?
